What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the study of human behavior. It involves identifying and understanding the environmental factors that influence everything we do. Through the use of behavioral principles, including positive reinforcement and prompting, ABA promotes the development of socially significant behavior such as language and communication, social skills, and independent living.
Our Philosophy
Through individualized treatment and goal-setting, we aim to promote skills that are important to your family. We are dedicated to providing services that are fun and engaging, understanding that new skills are learned most readily when embedded in play and the natural environment. High Point ABA believes deeply in collaboration with caregivers and other service providers. While we may be experts in behavior, you are experts on your child. It is through our shared expertise that we create lasting, positive outcomes.
